HOW AN ELECTRONICS ENGINEER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Radio Field Service Representative (FSR)/Communications Electronics FSR will perform analyses of system operations.Operations of hardware systems and components.Fault detection, isolation, and correction of hardware systems and individual components.Routine system maintenance and analysis functions including hardware configurations; adding, removing and replacing hardware components; and use of hardware and software diagnostic testing tools.Providing communication engineering, technical, and logistical support to the Government.Provide engineering support to design and update, as needed, satellite communications plans and network architecture.Technical support to develop and maintain communications sustainment plans and directly assist with or complete troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of communication networks.Technical support to directly assist via a web and satellite phone-based help desk.Once the systems are installed, the contractor shall continue to provide support for maintenance and upgrades as required.Provide continuing technical advice and assistance, maintenance, and repair support to the Government.Executing all required firmware and software upgrades and shall establish and execute a return materiel authorization (RMA) program.
