ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES ​

Perform the integration, tuning and tests of RF building blocks / products in line with procedures and quality standardsManage and lead the execution of near-field tuning and test of AESA antennas in anechoic chamber, ensuring their correct setup and calibration during the measurement processOversee the validation of antenna performance in the near-field environmentWith the support of the local technical referent in RF measurement and of the experts from the business lines, participate to troubleshooting near-field technical challenges and propose/implement improvement process initiativesWork closely with the software and hardware engineering team to ensure smooth integration of products evolution or new productsEnsure that all testing and integration activities comply with industry standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirementsPrepare and maintain detailed technical documentation, including test reports, issue tracking, and performance analysis, ensuring accurate records for future referenceActively contribute to process improvements in tuning and testing procedures, driving efficiency and quality enhancementsAct as a mentor and technical referent, guiding junior technicians in the proper execution of building blocks and antennas tests

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

+10 years of experience in RF products assembly, integration and tests for defense and/or space applications. Experience on RF solid-state power amplifiers, receivers and antennas near-field tests are a plus.

QUALIFICATION, CERTIFICATION & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor in RF measurement.

Deep experience in microwave technologies (defense and/or space applications), especially assembly, integration and testsGood knowledge of power and RF tests benches (user profile)Ability to take part of technical troubleshooting campaignsAbility to lead, guide, and mentor junior technicians, fostering collaboration and knowledge-sharingStrong analytical skills to interpret test results, identify anomalies, and suggest corrective actionsAbility to drive improvements in testing processes and methodologies, optimizing the efficiency and quality of products/sub-systems integrationYou speak Arabic / English with excellent communication
