What you will be doing as a Radio Electrical Technician:

In this role, you can expect to install key components of electrical and electronics systems onto the aircraft. You’ll also have the opportunity to train alongside seasoned technicians, enhancing your skills and career growth.

Your responsibilities may include (but are not limited to):

Component Installation: Install wire bundles, radios, instruments, speakers, switches, lights, and other avionics components onto the aircraftSystem Testing: Conduct functional tests on partial systems using standard test equipment like continuity lights and volt-ohmmetersTool Utilization: Use a variety of hand tools to install, adjust, and replace components according to standard shop practicesQuality: Ensure the quality and safety of all work performed, adhering to industry standards and regulations Responsible for the quality of own work.

What you need to be successful:

A high school diploma, an equivalent certificate, or a bronze level WorkKeys certification is requiredAbility to work around louder environments from adjacent work areas
