Location: Woburn (MA), Huntsville (AL), San Diego (CA)

Responsibilities:

You will be working as part of a team to define radar system requirements, design architectures and algorithms in support of those requirements and collaborate with software development teams to ensure effective implementation. Some specific responsibilities:
* Analyzing radar system performance data with respect to requirements
* Identifying performance deficiencies and proposing solutions
* Defining and prototyping new algorithms to enhance system performance
* Presenting plans, designs and system performance to peers, internal leadership and external customers
* Providing subject matter expertise to agile software development teams to ensure proper implementation of requirements
You will be completing the above responsibilities in one or more capability areas including:
* Electronic Protection, signal processing, applied mathematics
* Hypersonic threat defense
* Tracking, discrimination, search, and battle manager interfaces
* Radar calibration, diagnostics, deployed site support
* Modeling and simulation of tactical software

Required Qualifications:

-Experience with system performance analysis, algorithm development, modeling & simulation, or support to fielded systems

-Matlab, C/C++, Java or DOORS

-8+ years of prior relevant experience

-Active Secret Clearance or ability to obtain

Preferred Qualifications:

Proven ability to develop technical solutions to complex issues using strong analytic, technical and problem-solving skillsExperience with system level requirements development, documentation and maintenance and/or requirements development and design of system level software architectureExperience with radar system concepts; detection, track and signal processing algorithms and their behaviors and performanceExperience with the development and coding of system models, algorithms, test vectors and analysis tools in support of analyzing radar requirements and performanceExperience in using AI/ML and signal processing in database and algorithm design and enhancementExperience with developing, documenting and maintaining processes, methods and toolsExperience with Battle Management command, Control, Communications, Computers and Intelligence (BMC4I) systems, Radar Systems or signal processing techniquesAbility to interface with customers and lead technical solutions to complex user needs San-TT1431731_1758568804 To Apply for this Job Click Here
