Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is just one component of our competitive Total Rewards package, which includes wellness programs designed to support our team members' financial, physical, and mental well-being. WE LOVE OUR WORK. Assumes responsibility for maintenance of the racetrack and racing grounds; and greets and interacting with our guest in a friendly, courteous, responsive and accurate manner. Maintains the appearance of the track to maintain required standards; maintains plants, trees and shrubs and applies chemicals as needed under supervision. Operates a variety of vehicles, machinery and equipment to include tractor, pick-up truck, and a variety of hand power and manual maintenance tools. Performs a variety of grounds maintenance duties to include weed treatment, painting, trash collection and operating of irrigation systems. Performs preventative maintenance as needed; and cares and maintains all light and heavy equipment. Notifies higher level management of any suspicious or unusual activity and/or transactions in a timely manner. Attends and participates in professional group meetings; maintains awareness of new trends and innovations in the field of track and ground maintenance. Performs related duties and responsibilities as required. BRING US YOUR BEST.
