Joining our TUI Global Business Services (TGBS) Team, you will be part of the Global Finance Business Services' centralisation strategy, working closely with a multicultural team.  Within this role you will execute closing transactions and reconcile balance sheets accounts to ensure compliance with TUI standards.

ABOUT THE JOB

Assist GL Team ensuring the financial integrity of the TUI legal entities managed by TUI Global Business Services unit (TGBS) executing accounting closing transactions You will reconcile balance sheet accounts (accruals, HR, transitory, accounts receivable, accounts payable,…) in line with Group standards. You will create journal entries and assemble supporting documentation as well as assist in the production of financial statementsYou will follow the financial control procedures and process documents. You will record COSO controls evidence in the area (Controlled Operations Successful Outcomes) in order to achieve internal group compliance for all entities under control Provide evidences for external audit purposes

Business university degree Good written and spoken language skills in EnglishA methodical, organised approach to the execution of assigned tasksStrong Excel skillsCandidates with a SAP knowledge will be advantageousAn individual who never stops looking ahead, raising improvements in current procedures, seeking new ways to delight customers and grow the business
