ABOUT THE JOB

Independent processing of day-to-day accountingPreparation and booking of provisions/accrualsSupport the monthly closing tasksHandling of general mailboxes (customer inquiries, refunds, clarifications)bank postings and cash reconciliationsReviewing, posting and reconciling incoming invoicesProcess voucher-related requests and the associated workflowsActing as a contact for internal departments and external partnersGeneral administrative support and assistance with ad-hoc topics

ABOUT  YOU

University degree in accountingExperience in similar role and in SAP will be advantageous.Good written and spoken language skills in English. German is mandatory (B1–B2 level, written and spoken)A methodical, organized approach to the execution of assigned tasksStrong Excel skillsStrong analytical and modelling skillsCapable of building relationships cross border with multiple business partners at all levelsAn individual who never stops looking ahead, raising improvements in current procedures, seeking new ways to delight customers and grow the business.
