Job Description:

We are seeking an Real estate to Business (R2B) solution expert covering knowledge in SAP RE-FX (Real estate or SAP-PM (Plant Maintenance) to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in SAP real estate or plant maintenance, demonstrating a proven track record in implementing and supporting Real estate to Business (R2B) solution across the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Gather and analyze business requirements related to plant maintenance and translate them into SAP RE-FX or PM solutions.

Configure and customize SAP PM modules to align with business processes.

Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP PM applications.

Conduct training sessions for users and develop training materials.

Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to maintenance activities.

Create and modify equipment and line structures within the SAP PM module.

Define and maintain maintenance information, including task lists and documents.

Develop and implement maintenance plans and schedules for timely execution.

Manage dispatching of tasks and handle escalation and reassignment management.

Execute maintenance tasks, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Oversee asset deactivation processes and ensure proper documentation.

Collaborate with SAP FI, CO, MM, and QM teams for accurate financial reporting.

Qualifications

Educational qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience :

5 to 10 years of experience in SAP PM module implementation and support.

Mandatory/requires Skills :

SAP-PM (Plant Maintenance)

Preferred Skills :

SAP RE-FX (Real estate) or SAP-PM (Plant Maintenance)
