Project Ownership + Plan personal project timelines, adjusting activities based on feedback from the manager or group leader. + Provide scientifically grounded recommendations and influence technical decisions through clear, data‑backed communication. + Manage assigned development tasks efficiently while respecting deadlines, quality criteria, and laboratory priorities.
