+ Ensure that all assigned formulations and experiments are scientifically sound, repeatable, and aligned with quality and regulatory standards.
+ Contribute to developing, reformulating, and improving products that meet performance, safety, and customer expectations.
+ Guarantee compliance with internal test methods (ITMs), calibration procedures (ICMs), and corporate standards.
+ Uphold strong laboratory data integrity and traceability in all formulations and tests.
Technical Excellence
+ Identify technical issues in formulations or processes and propose data‑driven solutions.
+ Use analytical thinking and methodical approaches to interpret experimental data and guide project direction.
Project Ownership
+ Plan personal project timelines, adjusting activities based on feedback from the manager or group leader.
+ Provide scientifically grounded recommendations and influence technical decisions through clear, data‑backed communication.
+ Manage assigned development tasks efficiently while respecting deadlines, quality criteria, and laboratory priorities.
Safety & Compliance
+ Maintain a safe, clean, and organized laboratory environment, strictly following safety procedures and regulations.
Collaboration & Team Contribution
+ Act as a technical resource for colleagues, sharing knowledge and supporting collective problem‑solving.
+ Contribute to fostering a collaborative, respectful, and efficient R&D laboratory environment.
