Medical Device Test Technician supporting systems engineering through product testing, verification, and documentation activities in an R&D environment.
Job Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
5+ years of experience in medical device development or closely related regulated industry
Experience in lab testing, instrumentation, and product verification (medical devices preferred)
Knowledge of GLP, validation protocols, and quality systems
Proficiency in accurate data collection, recording, and basic analysis
Ability to work in a laboratory environment and follow safety and quality protocols
Preferred Skills
Experience supporting systems engineering or product development teams
Background in product characterization and analysis for medical devices
Experience contributing to validation and verification documentation in a regulated environment
Familiarity with root cause analysis methods for product and process issues
Job Responsibilities
Assist in the development, validation, and execution of test methods to support product and system verification activities
Perform product characterization and analysis on new and incoming products to ensure quality and functionality
Support troubleshooting of new products and processes related to design, materials, or manufacturing by helping identify root causes and contributing to lasting solutions
Maintain laboratory organization, equipment readiness, and compliance with safety and quality protocols
Prepare and maintain clear, detailed technical documentation and standardized reports to communicate results to technical and engineering teams
Adhere to quality policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements to support patient safety and product quality
Pay Details: $40.00 to $44.00 per hour
