Job Description

We are looking for a Principal Scientist to join our team dedicated to in vitro diagnostic (IVD) devices. The candidate will be responsible for managing and supervising the technical aspect of immunoassay development on the automated KRYPTOR platform. They will ensure the transfer of designs and specifications to operational teams, ensuring a smooth transition that complies with the quality and regulatory standards specific to the IVD field.

Duration : Fixed term contract 1 year

Main Responsibilities:

Technical Management of KRYPTOR

Assume technical responsibility for the project.Perform all preparation and planning activities for the various phases of the technical project.Ensure technical coordination for the team, guaranteeing the completion of experiments within deadlines.Analyze and synthesize results obtained on the automated KRYPTOR platform; prepare technical data for presentations and reports.Perform tests on the KRYPTOR automate if necessary.Coordinate, if necessary, Process validation activities in connection with the Operational Excellence team on new products and processes and ensure staff training.Promote continuous improvement and guarantee the use of good laboratory practices and procedures.

Documentation and Quality

Prepare, manage, and ensure compliance with the necessary documentation for Design Transfer according to current standards, procedures, and regulations.Ensure the transfer to operational teams within the planned schedules.

Communication and Interaction

Communicate and interact effectively with other team members and departments (local and Germany).Participate in cross-functional technical meetings.Prepare, present, and ensure all DTR and technical preparatory meetings.

Skills:

Education: Minimum Bac +2/3 with at least 10 years of experience in the development and manufacturing processes of IVD devices or Bac+5 in Biological sciences with at least 2 years of experience.Ability to plan, organize, manage and report cross-functional technical projects while meeting deadlines.Curiosity and scientific rigor, solution and result orientation.Supervise technical activities and ensure coordination with other departments within the framework of design transfer.Analytical skills to identify and solve technical and organizational problems.Good written and oral communication skills (French and English).
