R&D Project Manager
**Research & Development Project Manager** The R&D Project Manager leads multi-disciplinary projects, ensuring they meet deadlines, budgets, and align with business objectives, while fostering effective teamwork and communication. The role also emphasizes customer focus, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement to deliver innovative solutions and business impact. **Your role:** + Manages multi-disciplinary innovation projects, ensuring they meet timelines, budgets, and resource needs. + Leads project teams to implement complex initiatives, delivering key components of larger processes. + Resolves issues creatively, using sound judgment to drive improvements and initiate change. + Fosters a positive team environment, motivating diverse members and ensuring clear communication. + Builds strong relationships with stakeholders, delivering impactful solutions that meet customer needs. **You're the right fit if:** + You’ve acquired 2+ years of relevant experience in areas such as Portfolio Management, Innovation Management, Project and Program Management or equivalent with bachelor’s degree. Medical device industry experience preferred, regulated industry experience required. + Your skills include formal training in project management, change management, and organizational leadership preferred. + You have a bachelor’s degree or higher in an engineering, business or project management discipline. PMP certification preferred but not required. + You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position. + You’re an excellent communicator with an ability to work well cross-functionally to drive projects to completion in a timely manner. **How we work together** We believe that we are better together than apart. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
