**Job Responsibilities:**
+ **Leads Project planning and execution from initial concept phase to release and post-release follow-up.**
+ **Collaborate closely with internal and external cross-functional stakeholders to secure agreement on program goals, manage program scope, schedule, budget, quality, resources, and risks, and negotiate effective solutions to achieve organizational objectives.**
+ **Ensure the product meets the quality and cost targets, assurance of supply and service needs.**
+ **Establish strong operating mechanisms to track progress, identify and manage risks, overcome obstacles, and define recovery plans.**
+ **Facilitate interaction, managing inter-dependencies and conflict resolution among all functional teams, across sites.**
+ **Ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory policies/rules/procedures.**
+ **Drive cost consciousness in planning and managing project budget as well as cost down opportunities on the Ultrasound products.**
+ **Stakeholder management and effective tracking and reporting to management and project teams.**
+ **Identify and implement process improvements to ensure high quality and to drive efficiency and productivity.**
**Minimum required Education:**
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent in Engineering.
**Minimum required Experience:**
+ Minimum 10+ years of relevant industry experience in Technical Project Management, preferably in end-to-end medical device product development.
+ MBA and experience in a regulated medical device development and manufacturing environment is a plus.
+ The individual must demonstrate high levels of initiative, leadership, good judgement, effective communication skills and strong analytical skills.
+ Must have worked in a Global Matrix organization, managing complex projects through teams and stakeholders across various geographic locations.
+ Successful track record of project management for R&D or Supply Chain.
+ Good influencing skills, conflict resolution, assertiveness, negotiation in collaboration with management.
+ Demonstrated leadership skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to build relationships and effective organizational and networking skills.
+ Excellent time management and scheduling.
**Preferred Certification:**
PMP Certification is a plus

**How we work together**
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
