We’re searching for a Skopje-based R&D Operations Coordinator to join our Global R&D team, so that we can ensure the smooth running of operational processes that keep our research and development organization effective and aligned. The R&D Operations Coordinator will own and optimize R&D operational workflows to provide visibility, structure, and efficiency, enabling leadership to focus on strategic priorities and overall company growth.   How You’ll Spend Your Time Maintain and improve operational processes for the R&D Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to ensure actions, follow-ups, and initiatives remain on track. Support event and meeting coordination by planning R&D events, offsites, and engagement activities, anticipating logistical needs and ensuring smooth execution. Raise purchase orders, track vendor expenses, and support financial processes in order to provide accurate budget visibility and ensure effective vendor management. Coordinate cross-team initiatives and small-scale projects , tracking progress, escalating risks, and ensuring timely delivery of milestones. Prepare clear reports, documentation, and updates to enable leadership visibility, alignment, and decision-making across a global R&D environment.   What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having Experience supporting operational activities in large, complex, or globally distributed teams. Proven ability to coordinate projects, meetings, and events with strong attention to detail and follow-through. Knowledge of budget processes, including purchase orders, vendor management, and financial tracking. Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills with senior leaders, cross-functional teams, and external vendors. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with operational systems, process improvement methods, and efficiency tracking (including KPIs and compliance measures). Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or related field preferred; certifications in project/operations management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Lean/Six Sigma) desirable.
