Summary: Seeking an R&D Manager to lead and manage research and development projects, ensuring technical soundness and efficiency.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Chemistry or Chemical Engineering preferred). 5-8 years of relevant industry experience, with 3-5 years in a senior technical role (Sr. Chemist or higher). Supervisory experience required. Experience in Epoxy chemistry required. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Preferred Skills:

Experience in R&D, formulation, and reverse engineering. Strong understanding of formulation, testing, and product approval processes.

Job Responsibilities:

Lead and develop objectives for the R&D team with mentorship and guidance. Manage the full life cycle of R&D projects from conception to completion. Design, develop, and improve products based on customer feedback and industry trends. Ensure lab efficiency by optimizing workflows and maintaining safety protocols. Develop testing methods to assure product quality and establish standards. Collaborate cross-functionally for successful product transition from R&D to market. Provide technical support to sales team for customer inquiries and product strategies.

Pay Details: $125,000.00 to $165,000.00 per year
