Overview Manage Quaker base hot platform, drive product development from ideation to launch, drive innovation and productivity AOP and pipeline, and technical brand stewardship initiatives. Responsibilities •Work closely with MKT, Supply Chain, Finance teams to identify the consumer needs and drive Quaker Base Hot innovation AOP and productivity pipeline. •Coordinate internal R&D functions to develop product incl, process development, raw material validation, regulatory assessment, quality & food safety assessment, recipe design and product stability analysis. •Partner with local and overseas co-man, lead technical assessment and scale up trials to support product commercialization. •Build technical capability in the areas of grains, nutrition and high learning agility on new knowledge and technology. Build capability on grains production, trade secret process and lead prototype development to fill idea hopper. Qualifications •Bachelor degree or above in food science, food engineering or adjacent subjects •5-10 years working experience Multi-national Food Company in product development •Fluent writing and speaking skill in Mandarin and English •Efficient communication skill and basic leadership skill to facilitate project move on •Experienced on product design methodology, process and tools that apply to R&D projects / activities •Basic knowledge about the adjacent technical functions include but not limited to nutrition, technical regulatory, technical consumer insight, packaging.
