This is your chance to work with a company that’s shaping the future across industries like Hygiene, Health & Beauty, Life Care, and Cosmetics!_** **Pay** : $25-$26/hr **Schedule:** M-F 9a-4p **Location:** Cincinnati, OH **Responsibilities:** + Support product development and testing for personal care, beauty, and cosmetic products. + Perform chemical testing (e.g., pH, viscosity, appearance) following USP, CTFA, and ISO standards. + Prepare lab-scale batches for product development under the guidance of senior chemists. + Assist in scale-up and pilot batching by accurately weighing, mixing, and documenting ingredients. + Conduct stability testing and monitor samples over time under various conditions. + Test incoming raw materials and finished products for quality and compliance. + Maintain lab cleanliness, calibrate equipment, and follow safety protocols. + Help troubleshoot formulation or testing issues. + Record results accurately and assist in preparing technical reports. + Monitor lab conditions (e.g., temperature, humidity) as required. **Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related field. + 1 year minimum of industry lab experience + Familiar with lab equipment (pH meters, viscometers, balances, mixers, spectrophotometers). + Experience with formulation, batching, and stability testing. **_***This job description is a complete list of all desired skills but not all are required.
