The Internship Program is focused on providing college students with practical, industrial R&D experience. **The WCH&B R&D LCM Summer Intern will:** + work collaboratively with WCH&B LCM R&D staff supporting ongoing projects + assist with activities associated with ongoing projects, including hands-on lab work + participate in ongoing project team meetings including slide preparation for research updates and clear communication of results + be exposed to various other functions within the larger cross-functional departments **Qualifications** + Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a bachelor’s degree, preferably in an engineering (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Material Science Engineering) or science-related field (e.g., Biochemistry, Biology, Chemistry). + Students who have hands-on lab work (either through classwork or research) will be preferred + Demonstrates strong communication and presentation skills, work effectively in teams, collaborate seamlessly with others + Position will be based in Raritan, NJ Permanently authorized to work in the U.S., must not require sponsorship of an employment visa (e.g., H-1B or green card) at the time of application or in the future.
