Design and execute test strategies for mechanical hardware parts, sub-assembly/module, and integrated product.
Digital transformation processes by automating workflows, test execution, data collection, and analytics.
Integrate development data telemetry to enhance design insights, R&D decision‑making and efficiency.
Apply statistics (Weibull, Binomial etc), analysis tools, and DOE methodologies to characterize performance and resolve technical challenges.
Collaborate closely with internal teams, outsourced partners, and suppliers to align on design validation progress, risks, and technical decisions.
Lead engineering project teams to develop innovative, cost‑effective, test and high‑quality product solutions.
Mentor junior engineers and strengthen team technical competencies.
Integrate Agentic AI approaches to improve test, validation, and development processes.
Education & Experience Recommended
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics
Engineering statistics
Typically has 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in engineering design and solutions, implementation across hardware development lifecycle, or a related field or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience.
Experienced in industrial standards testing of consumer products.
(Advantage) Develops Agentic AI for workflow and processes.
(Advantage) Scripting/coding through common languages like Visual C++, Python or/and data science tools.
