The R&D Engineer, Chemist for Radiometer is responsible for supporting ongoing R&D tasks and projects within Samplers product group in the area of product lifecycle management and new product development.
This position is part of the R&D Team located in Stargard, Poland, and will be an onsite role. At Radiometer, our vision is to improve global healthcare with reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses.
You will be a part of the R&D Samplers Development Team and report to the R&D Manager, Sampler Development responsible for Radiometer Samplers program management. If you thrive in an amazing, multifunctional role and want to work to build a world-class R&D organization — read on.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Execute on tasks in projects and lead projects related to Samplers product group in the areas of product improvements, compliance, quality, delivery, obsolescence and cost.
Create and maintain product documentation.
Run tasks in an international, cross organizational environment.
Prepare technical study’s and impact assessments.
Conduct, document, and analyse product verification and validation testing.
The essential requirements of the job include:
BEng/M.Sc. in Chemical Engineering or similar.
Min. 2 years of professional experience preferably within R&D department.
Experience in the field of product development and/or product maintenance activities in regulated environment.
Proficiency in chemical processes.
Fluent English (B2/C1).
It would be a plus if you also possess:
Analytical skills.
Ability to work under time pressure and independently.
Ability to solve problems and work effectively with minimum supervision and with “Can-do” attitude.
