JOB PURPOSE: Leads and supervises project teams to provide timely programming support according to global project strategies. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: + Leads and supervises project teams to provide timely programming support according to global project strategies. + Project mangement, people management and development + Contributes to the global coordination efforts to identify, develop and implement departmental standards, applications, processes and training. + Contributes to the recruitment and interview process for programmer positions within the department. + Responsible for setting goals, managing performances and facilitating career development of direct reports. JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS Education: Master degree in statistics, computer science, or relevant filed Experience & knowledge: + At least 8 year working experience in clinical trial development + Knowledge of regulatory requirements concerning electronic submission standards and experience in delivering one or more submissions to regulatory authorities globally. + Previous project/people management experience + Good SAS programming skill required Core competencies: + Great potential/Capability to provide programming leadership to cross -functional teams at the study and or project level + Effective English verbal and written communication skills in relating to colleagues and associates both inside and outside the organization control approach to work. + Ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural context as a good team member. **Pursue** **_progress_** **, discover** **_extraordinary_** Better is out there.
