Here, you will make an impact by: + **Stakeholder Voice of Customer** : Work closely with cross functional New Product teams, Business stakeholders, technical leaders, product owners, and other stakeholders to understand their multi-faceted needs and translate them into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria. Learn the 3M NPI process to better support users as they work in the system and businesses as they drive their strategies. + **Project Management** : Drive projects to completion deliberately using project management skills and tools; execute, and monitor projects, fostering collaboration and innovation while mitigating risks and optimizing resource allocation. + **Vision and Roadmap** : As part of the R&D New Product Commercialization team you will help develop and drive the product vision and roadmap. Research multi-faceted technical and/or business problems and define system solutions, aligning with organizational and portfolio strategies. + **Develop and Implement Solutions** : Leverage full stack development tools to prototype, develop and implement tools that solve commercialization problems. Work directly with users to build what they need. + **Data and Reporting Integrity** : 3M Grow is the source of truth for new product commercialization reporting, serving everyone from 3M stock shareholders, the CEO, Executives, R&D Technical leadership, Portfolio Owners, New Product Teams and more. + **Agile Execution** : Engage in all aspects of Agile development, including sprint planning, story development and backlog management + **Cross-Functional Collaboration** : Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and QA, to ensure successful product delivery. Work across Business and IT teams to ensure system security and integrations function and meet evolving IT standards. + **Master Technical Stack** : Deeply understand Accolade (the software that powers 3M Grow), integrations, reporting dependencies and interfaces and surfaces opportunities for continuous improvement. + **Be a teacher** : Supercharge our users by developing and providing them direct, video and written training material. **Your Skills and Expertise** To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: + Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited university OR + High School Diploma/GED from an accredited institution and a minimum of 10 years of experience in web development AND + Five (5) years of experience with SQL database-based solutions including SSIS packages + Three (3) years of experience with full stack web development + One (1) year of experience with Power BI or similar data visualization package Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: + Accolade Innovation Management Software (from Sopheon LLC) code/configuration experience. + Experience planning and completing projects all while communicating timelines with stakeholders + Proven experience translating business requirements into working software + Strong critical thinking skills, and experience with root causes analysis (5 Whys) or frameworks for problem prevention, like CAPA. + Experience with SQL Server + Experience with JavaScript, Power BI, and Snowflake + Experience with Software Development Lifecycle + Experience with Agile/Scrum, writing stories, and leading stand ups + Experience with Github. + 2+ years with Javascript + 2+ years’ experience with Jira + 2+ Years’ experience with implementation of configurable purchased software solutions, + Strong written/oral communication, networking, and facilitation skills + Ability to effectively influence, negotiate, prioritize, and make decisions + Desire for continuous improvement + Business results oriented and organizational awareness + Strong technical and analytical skills + Ability to navigate a matrixed organization across the business and corporate IT + Ability to work and learn in a rapidly changing environment + Self-motivated and independent **Work location:** **Remote** **Travel: May include up to** **no travel** **Relocation Assistance:** **no relocation** **Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).** **Supporting Your Well-being** 3M offers many programs to help you live your best life – both physically and financially.
