Tava darba pienākumi:

Kā rēķinu ievadīšanas speciālistam Tava galvenā atbildība būs palīdzēt mūsu klientam ar datu ievadīšanas uzdevumiem, jo īpaši rēķinu pārvaldību dažādās valodās. Tu divkārši pārbaudīsi, vai nav kļūdas, un nodrošināsi, ka viss ir precīzi. Šajā amatā Tev būs jāstrādā efektīvi, precīzi un koncentrēti apstrādājot lielus informācijas apjomus. Šis amats ir pilna laika darbs no mājām ar pagaidu līgumu.

We are looking for detail-oriented Invoice Entry Specialists to join our team in Latvia! If you’re efficient, have a keen eye for detail, and enjoy working with large volumes of data, this role is perfect for you!

What you'll do in this role:

As an Invoice Entry Specialist, your main responsibility will be helping our client with data entry tasks, particularly managing invoices in different languages. You'll be double-checking for any mistakes and ensuring everything is accurate. This role requires you to work efficiently, processing high volumes of information with precision and focus. This position is full time working from home with a temporary contract.

We'll be a great match, if you:

Have a strong command of both English & Latvian.Have an excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and concentration throughout the workday.Are comfortable navigating in computer systems.Have a High School Diploma.Can work from your registered home address within Latvia (not abroad).Have a dedicated workspace at home with an adjustable office chair, desk, a quiet environment for focused work, and a stable broadband connection (modem/router).
