**Quoting Specialist:** Is responsible for implementing sales orders diligently to ensure timely delivery of ordered goods to the customer, working under general supervision. **Your role:** + Coordinates and ensures the creation of manual sales orders and monitor automated ones across multiple channels, including return flow, ensuring comprehensive oversight of the entire sales order process. + Addresses non-touchless and one-time-right flows to guarantee fulfillment of these orders, focusing on swiftly resolving root causes to enhance overall efficiency. + Monitors regularly on order receipts and status, providing transparent and up-to-date information on sales activities to support informed decision-making. + Guides the execution of the administrative flow of all types of sales orders, from intake to recognition, ensuring smooth and efficient processing and maintaining operational continuity. **You're the right fit if:** + You’ve acquired 2+ years of experience in Order Management, Sales Support, Customer Operations, or a related field. + Your skills include supply chain fundamentals, troubleshooting and root-cause analysis, and experience working with ERP systems. + You have a High School Diploma or Vocational Education, or a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field. + You are knowledgeable in SAP, and MS Office Suite (PowerBI and advanced Excel). + You’re a detail-oriented, proactive communicator who works well across teams, manages multiple priorities, and helps prevent escalations through timely and effective issue resolution. **How we work together** We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
