Job DescriptionTo define & manage the Civil Law Cluster Quote to Cash, processes, development and deployment roadmap. Working with the operational teams, internal and external customer to identify requirements and build a program of project and IT developments to enhance the end-to-end process and system landscape, from enquiries, quotes, order management, collection bookings, sample tracking, thought to lab operations, result reporting and invoicing.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Build and maintain excellent relationships with internal team having awareness of their different requirements and organisational cultures.Liaise with customers to identify their needs, to support building a UX that is industry leading and ensures customer retention and support scalable business growth.Effectively communicate customer requests and priorities, to internal stakeholder groups to ensure correct priorities are made in development system & process roadmapsDefine the Business processes to support the quote to cash process across the CLC cluster to support each of the business lines & market sectors.Define & monitor the lead KPI’s for the Q2C processes and customer feedback. Good interpersonal skills, including with customers. Define and manage, internal SOP’s work instructions, Customer Operational Protocols and ensure any changes are communicated across the CLC teams.Adhere to CLC / EFS Policies and Processes as detailed in the Employee HandbookUndertake your daily role in accordance with the Eurofins values of customer focus, competence, and team spirit.QualificationsPreferred Knowledge, Experience and Technical Skills
Previous experience of running and developing operational processes in Quote to Cash, in a B2B & B2C business.System & Process development / deployment in CRM / Customer services, EPR, in a testing / service industryStrong financial understanding of Quote, Order management - invoicing, P&L & Balance sheet managementProject & program management experience in a highly regulated environment.Experience in post M&A, transformation and transitional deployment of businessPrevious experience in a high throughput forensic environmentIT Proficient – experience with Microsoft office, G-suite, CRM, ERP, Finance, Power BI and LMSPrior knowledge of DNA profiling & Drug Alcohol toxicology processes and legislationPerson Specification
