**Quote to Cash Leader LATAM** This role plays a pivotal part in managing the quote delivery and order package preparation process and delivery, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. Reports into the Supply Chain Leader LATAM. **Your role:** + Strategic thinker with the ability to align and balance operations with organizational goals. Contribute to the development and execution of sales operations short, mid and long-term strategies and initiatives. + Lead, coach, and develop a multicultural team of professionals across multiple locations. Collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, Sales Support, Modality Sales Specialist, Commercial Policy, and Credit & Collection teams to align operations with business objectives. + You can influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience. **You're the right fit if:** + You’ve acquired 7+ years of experience in a commercial/customer facing role in supply chain, order management and/or sales enablement. + Your skills include deep knowledge of lean principles and their practical application. + You have a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Master's degree will be considered a plus. + You have exceptional communication skills (written, verbal and listening) with the ability to influence, negotiate and build consensus across different levels of the organization. + You have excellent stakeholder management and collaboration abilities; are comfortable with crucial conversations. **How we work together** We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
