Job Title: Quote to Cash Administrator
Job Description
The Quote to Cash Administrator supports the invoicing lifecycle by validating invoices, resolving exceptions, and performing administrative tasks within Salesforce and related systems. This role ensures that billing data is accurate, complete, and processed efficiently, while also providing general administrative support across accounting, operations, and other business functions.
Responsibilities
Review and validate invoices that are flagged or rejected by the automated invoicing system to ensure all information is accurate and complete.Investigate and resolve discrepancies or issues on invoices, including missing or incorrect data, pricing, or account details.Perform data entry with a high level of accuracy to maintain up-to-date billing, customer, and transactional records.Use Excel to create and maintain pivot tables and VLOOKUPs to analyze data, verify invoice details, and support reporting needs.Complete administrative tasks within Salesforce, including updating records, maintaining data integrity, and supporting workflow processes related to invoicing and billing.Collaborate with accounting, operations, and other internal teams to clarify invoice details, resolve billing issues, and support smooth quote-to-cash operations.Manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously, ensuring that invoice validation and administrative work are completed within required timelines.Support continuous improvement of invoicing and administrative processes by identifying recurring issues and suggesting enhancements.Maintain organized digital records and documentation related to invoices, billing adjustments, and data entry activities.Essential Skills
3+ years of experience in an accounting, administrative, or operations role with the ability to multitask and handle diverse responsibilities.3+ years of data entry experience with strong attention to detail and accuracy.At least 1 year of invoicing or billing experience.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including creating and using pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions.Experience performing invoicing and billing tasks in a professional environment.Strong administrative support skills, including organizing information and maintaining accurate records.Ability to work effectively with automated invoicing systems and validate financial data.Comfort working with large volumes of data and performing repetitive tasks while maintaining quality.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience using Salesforce for administrative tasks, data maintenance, or workflow support.Experience supporting quote-to-cash or similar financial and operational processes.Familiarity with general accounting concepts and billing workflows.Ability to wear multiple hats and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.Analytical mindset for identifying issues and trends within billing and invoicing data.Work Environment
This role operates in a 100% remote work environment, allowing you to perform all responsibilities from a home office or another suitable remote location. You will use cloud-based tools such as Excel and Salesforce to manage data, validate invoices, and support administrative workflows. The position requires reliable internet access, comfort working independently, and the ability to collaborate with team members virtually through online communication and collaboration platforms.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Lancaster, PA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr.
