What You’ll Be Doing:
Data entry of customer quotes (does not create quotes, only enters and prepared the data).
Scrubbing of part numbers for accuracy.
Monitor quote process daily.
Communicate quote status on customer due date and advise sales to markup quote for customer.
Monitor pending quote items for completion, notify sales for markup, download into customer format, and prepare for sending.
Support sales team with specific tasks.
What We Are Looking For:
2+ years of experience in similar roles.
Advanced application of Microsoft Excel (VLookup, Logical functions, Pivot Tables, Text to column).
Advanced English skills (will require to be involve in calls, writing emails and communication everyday with US and Canada).
