Position:Quote Services Associate
Job Description:

Arrow Electronics is looking to hire a Quote Services Associate to join our team in Guadalajara, MX!


What You'll Be Doing

Data entry of customer quotes (does not create quotes, only enters and prepared the data).Scrubbing of part numbers for accuracy.Monitor quote process daily.Communicate quote status on customer due date and advise sales to markup quote for customer.Monitor pending quote items for completion, notify sales for markup, download into customer format and prepare for sending.

What We’re Looking For

Typically requires a 2-year degree and 1– 2 years of experience or equivalent related experience.Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.Excellent verbal and written communication; must be fluent in English.

Even Better if You Have:

Experience with CalcuQuote and/or QuoteWin.Experience with ERPs: Oracle.Experience in the industry or global companies.Industrial, Electronic, or Systems Engineering education preferred, but not required.

Work Arrangement:

Hybrid: 3 days in office/2 days work from home

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:$18,508.33 - $22,500.00 MXN Monthly

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
