As a Quote and Configuration Specialist you are responsible for supporting the markets topics related to the configuration of medical equipment, such as correct workflow configuration, quotation and ordering processing.
Your role:Perform configuration of Philips Medical Equipment, based on customer requirementsWork with database and Informatic Technologies systems to make the configuration of medical equipmentAs a Global Business System based in Panama, help Commercial team area in develop final customer quotationsMaintain direct contact with commercial team (Product Specialists) for knowledge and improvements of Philips equipmentYou're the right fit if:You’ve acquired 2+ years of experience with Vocational Education in areas such as Tendering, Quoting, Sales Enablement or equivalent OR no prior experience with Bachelor's Degree.Your skills include knowledge in Excel and SAP.You have a High School Diploma, Vocational Education/ bachelor's degree in business, Marketing or equivalent.You’re a professional with a customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills.Bilingual ability to read, write, and speak English required.

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
This is an in-office role.
