At **EATON Electrical Division** , we’re looking for a **Quotation Engineer** to support our **Italian** market. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, loves solving technical challenges, and enjoys working closely with customers and internal teams. **What You’ll Do:** As a Quotation Engineer, you will be the primary point of contact for technical inquiries and quotation requests related to our Emergency Luminaires (EL) portfolio. You’ll collaborate with sales teams, distributors, and partners to deliver accurate, competitive, and innovative solutions. **Your key responsibilities include:** + **Manage technical inquiries** for products and systems, including CAD projects, lighting simulations, and technical documentation. + **Prepare quotations** with suggested net selling prices based on electrical diagrams, tender documents, and competitor analysis. + **Provide technical guidance** on product selection and application assistance via email and phone. + **Design and calculate solutions** , drafting technical proposals with precise parameterization. + **Support engineering tools development** for design and quotation processes. + **Share knowledge** by acquiring expertise in product families and contributing to training sessions for colleagues. **Qualifications:** + **BSc in Engineering** or equivalent Technical Degree ( **Electrical preferred** ). + Proven experience in **technical support** or **technical quotations** for electrical products. **Skills:** + Fluent language skills in **Italian** and English + Solid understanding of **architectural/MEP drawings (Plans, Elevations, Sections, Detail drawings)** , and related tecnichal documentation. + Experience with **electrical design software (AutoCAD** , BIM SW, etc) + Strong **analytical mindset** , excellent **teamwork** , and ability to **prioritize** in a customer-oriented environment.
