This position is a part of a hybrid work model, 4 days in the office and 1 day remote, based out of the Quill Corporate facility in Lincolnshire, IL. 

Target Start Date: June 1, 2026 - August 14, 2026 (11-week program)

Intern Pay Rate: $21 per hour

What You'll Be Doing: 

As a Finance Intern at Quill, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of finance and reporting. You will work closely with our finance team and assist in a range of tasks, including:

Financial Reporting: Help optimize and streamline financial reporting processes and redesign existing reportingFinancial Analysis: Assist in analyzing financial data and preparing reports to support decision-making processes

What’s needed- Basic Qualifications:

Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related fieldMust be rinsing junior, enrolled as a full-time student carrying a minimum of 12 college creditsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applicationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAttention to detail and ability to work independentlyPrior internship or work experience in finance is a plus
