Job Title: Quickbooks Billing Consultant

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated billing consultant to lead the transformation of our billing processes, which are currently managed manually using Excel. The successful candidate will design and implement a scalable billing solution that seamlessly integrates with QuickBooks, enhancing efficiency, accuracy, and control.

Responsibilities

Assess current billing processes to identify inefficiencies.Design and implement optimized billing workflows.Recommend and deploy solutions that integrate with QuickBooks.Establish controls, documentation, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).Support the integration process as needed.Optionally assess tax compliance and accounting structures.

Essential Skills

5–10+ years experience in billing, accounting operations, or process improvement.Hands-on experience with QuickBooks and system integrations.Experience in process automation.Proven ability to execute full lifecycle implementations.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience in invoicing and billing systems.Proficiency in Excel and project control.Management skills and procedure analysis.Project management expertise.

Work Environment

The role involves working with cutting-edge billing technologies and requires proficiency in QuickBooks. The candidate will work in an environment focused on process optimization and efficiency. Dress code is business casual.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Farmers Branch, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $60.00/hr.
