Who Are We Looking For?
We are seeking an energetic, customer-focused Express Lube Advisor to serve as the vital link between customers and technicians. You’ll ensure customers feel valued, heard, and well-informed about their vehicle’s maintenance needs.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner and identify their service needs
Communicate customer concerns clearly to technicians
Present recommended maintenance and repairs to customers with transparency and confidence
Build trust while ensuring a positive customer experience
Maintain proper documentation, including repair orders and service histories
Manage workflow in a fast-paced Quick Lane environment
Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely service completion
Qualifications:
Previous Automotive Service Advisor or Express Lube Advisor experience preferred
Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate with customers and technicians
Strong time-management skills in a fast-paced environment
Ability to type efficiently for repair order entry
Basic computer proficiency and cost-calculation skills
Basic mechanical understanding of automobiles
Acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence
Team player with a focus on delivering exemplary customer service
