Quarry Supervisor – Axedale Sand & Gravel Quarry
 

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Quarry Supervisor to join our team at the Axedale Sand & Gravel Quarry, located just 20 minutes east of Bendigo, Victoria.

Reporting to the Quarry Manager, this is a hands-on, multi-faceted leadership role focused on supervising daily quarry operations with an emphasis on production efficiency, equipment maintenance, and continuous improvement.
 

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily quarry production activities, ensuring optimal performance and output.

Plan and oversee preventative and corrective maintenance activities across the site.

Lead and develop team members to drive performance and achieve operational goals.

Promote and maintain a strong safety culture, proactively managing high-risk activities and ensuring compliance with company and legislative requirements.
