Join a leading organization in a major LNG project in Mozambique. As a Contracts & Procurement Quantity Surveyor you will support the Lead Contract Engineer in Contracts Administration activities related to the management of the EPC contracts for onshore package at site.

Role Overview

Administer EPC contracts ensuring compliance with terms and conditions. Maintain change orders logs and support Contract Engineers in correspondence. Review and validate change order requests and quantities. Analyze Contractor proposals and recommend actions to Project teams. Prepare evidence for change orders and amendments per project procedures. Collaborate with technical teams to integrate requirements into change orders. Process Contractor's monthly payment applications and verify invoices. Interface with Site Management team providing technical and contractual support.

Skills & Qualifications

Contract Analysis: Strong understanding of contract management in EPC/EPCC Construction contracts. Construction Law Knowledge: Strong knowledge in construction law relevant to international Oil & Gas projects. Degree in Quantity Surveying, Business or equivalent subject. Technical Issue Management: Ability to address technical challenges on-site. Problem Solving: Strong analytical and organizational skills. Communication Skills: Effective liaison with contractors and project teams. Planning and Coordination: Expertise in organizing and controlling project activities.

Education & Experience

Degree in Quantity Surveying, Business School or equivalent. Professional experience: Preferred 10 years, minimum 5 years in a similar role.
