We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support a large-scale industrial transformation project currently in its construction phase. The role involves transversal coordination across site contracts within an EPCm framework and active involvement in measurable contracts, change requests, claims, and counterclaims.

Responsibilities: Coordinate quantity surveying activities across contractor submissions. Estimate, verify, and anticipate quantities to support cost and material control. Consult with stakeholders to understand contract elements and execution schemes. Support risk management, value engineering, and cost control. Oversee and value subcontractor work for payment processing. Ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards. Advise on contractual issues including claims and disputes. Contribute to lessons learnt documentation.
Requirements: Minimum 7 years of experience in Oil & Gas EPC remeasurable contracts. Strong numerical, analytical, and surveying software skills. Advanced claim management and commercial awareness. Proven ability to manage complexity and influence stakeholders. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Understanding of engineering and construction principles. Experience across project phases including contract engineering.
