Quantity Surveyor

Summary: Seeking a Quantity Surveyor to manage cost validation, change order management, contract compliance, and risk management for electric construction projects.

Bachelor's degree required

Preferred Skills:

Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks

Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail

Responsibilities:

Ensure accuracy in unit usage, estimates, and project completion validation

Review change orders for contract compliance and pricing accuracy

Align construction dates with commitments and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

Identify contractual and cost risks through project development stages



Pay Details: $23.00 to $31.00 per hour
