What are my responsibilities?
Maintain a comprehensive record-keeping system for all site-related disruptions and Safety (EHS) incidents. Engage in daily communication with the Delivery team to document and assess the impact of site incidents. Gather and organize documentation and evidence supporting Siemens/Consortium’s reimbursement claims for site incidents. Monitor expenses incurred due to site disruptions and ensure accurate tracking and reporting. Draft outgoing contractual correspondence related to claims, variations, and incident management. Prepare regular reports and evaluations to support project progress and contractual obligations. Ensure timely and compliant submission of claims and variation order letters in line with contractual requirements.What do I need to qualify for this job?
Hold a bachelor’s degree in construction, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, with a specialization in Project Management. Possess a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Contracts & Claims Management for complex EPC projects; Project Management experience will be considered where Contract Management exposure is partial. Demonstrate strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Exhibit excellent organizational, planning, and strategic execution capabilities. Adapt promptly and effectively to a rapidly evolving project environment. Command fluency in written and spoken English.What else do I need to know?
