In this role, you will lead and manage a team of developers, fostering collaboration and good working environment with bias for execution and delivery. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to align efforts with business objectives, while implementing new strategies and indices, and supporting maintenance and data operations. Additionally, you will enhance and automate the index calculation platform to improve efficiency and overall operations.

8+ years of professional experience in Python, with additional experience in C++ or another object-oriented environment preferred Proven leadership experience in quantitative finance or a related field Strong knowledge of data structures, modern design patterns, and problem-solving skills Highly detail-oriented, organised, and focused on delivering results Interest in financial markets and indices, with a track record of building and maintaining large systems
