Quant Analytics Senior Associate - Trust & Security

As a Quant Analytics Senior Associate within the T rust and Security Data & Analytics Team , you will play a crucial role in supporting the Trust and Security Data work stream. You will collaborate with Product Owners, Data Owners, Tech, and Data & Analytics teams across Consumer and Community Banking to deliver data strategy and analytics initiatives that support Trust and Security. Your work will be instrumental in improving fraud and scam prevention efforts, ensuring customer protection while maintaining satisfaction. You will develop and maintain a comprehensive data strategy roadmap, aligning with business goals and regulatory requirements. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business priorities and translate them into actionable data initiatives, driving data-driven decision-making across the organization. **Job Responsibilities:** + Deliver analytical approaches to identify opportunities for enhancing fraud and scam prevention efforts. + Develop and maintain a comprehensive data strategy roadmap in collaboration with Data Owners, Tech, and Product Owners. + Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business priorities and translate them into actionable data initiatives. + Partner with executive leadership to articulate the vision, goals, and roadmap for data-driven decision-making. + Drive the adoption of best practices in data management and analytics through training, mentoring, and knowledge sharing. + Continuously monitor and optimize data processes, analytical models, and infrastructure. + Manage disparate requirements with a high tolerance for ambiguity and strong problem-solving ability. + Pivot quickly as client guidance evolves, keeping the ultimate project objective in mind. + Establish and adhere to guidelines ensuring consistency and high quality of presentation materials. + Collaborate with unit managers, end users, developers, and other stakeholders to integrate data discoveries and processes into operational capabilities. **Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:** + 4 years of industry experience in Data & Analytics. + Bachelor's degree in a relevant quantitative field (e.g., Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Applied Math, Operations Research, Physics, Data Science fields). + Prior experience in Digital and/or product analytics with an in-depth understanding of common digital metrics and definitions. + Proven track record of being detail-oriented, innovative, creative, and strategic, with the ability to influence and effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. + Demonstrated ability to define business KPIs and establish measurement frameworks. + Structured thinker with a passion for analyzing results and a strong aptitude for technical concepts. + Experience with modern analytics tools (e.g., SQL, AWS, Hive, Hadoop, Spark, Python, R) and Digital behavioral data tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics). + Superior communication and presentation skills with experience communicating effectively with diverse audiences, including senior leadership. + Self-starter with out-of-the-box problem-solving skills and a drive to bring new ideas to life. + Excellent time-management skills, with the ability to multi-task and keep numerous projects on track. **Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:** + Basic knowledge in modern data mining, quantitative research, and data science techniques (e.g., decision trees, regressions, machine learning, string similarity, behavioral analytics, look-a-like models). + Background in financial services. + Advanced degree in a relevant quantitative field.
