As the Vice President Quant Analytics Lead on the Voice Product Analytics team within Consumer and Community Banking Data & Analytics, you utilize data-promoten insights to enhance customer experience and decrease operating costs. You work collaboratively across various teams, provide mentorship to colleagues, and deliver clear, actionable recommendations that contribute to business success.

Job responsibilities

Lead analysis of IVR and NLU performance metrics and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunitiesDesign and execute A/B tests, pilot programs, and performance analyses to inform strategyGovern data generation, definition, and retention in partnership with data ownersManage and prioritize analytics initiatives while contributing to customer experience improvementsPrepare and deliver presentations with clear insights for executives and business partnersWrite and maintain code in Alteryx, SQL, Tableau, and PythonBuild understanding of business drivers and data with product groups

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Engineering, Economics, or FinanceTen years of experience applying statistical methods to real-world problems using SQL and at least one of Alteryx, Python, or TableauExperience with data visualization for analysis and presentationStrong mathematical and statistical skills using Alteryx, Python, SQL, and TableauAbility to work independently and collaboratively to solve business problems with attention to detailRobust analytical skills to collect, organize, analyze, and present large amounts of information accuratelyDemonstrated ability to synthesize data into actionable insights for executive leadership

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Experience with cloud services such as Azure or AWSExperience in financial services or similar industriesStrong grasp of big data disciplines, AWS, Agile methodologies, and new technologiesPrior experience in an insights function at a financial services or consulting firm
