As a Quant Analytics Associate Senior in the Data Analytics team, you deliver innovative data solutions that empower banker performance and drive business outcomes. You collaborate with stakeholders to create actionable insights and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

Job responsibilities

Leverage data analysis tools and techniques to solve business problems related to banker activity and performanceDesign, develop, and implement advanced Tableau dashboards to communicate complex data insightsCreate and optimize automated workflows using Alteryx for efficient data processing and analysisDevelop compelling data stories and recommendations for stakeholders using storytelling best practicesGather requirements and translate business needs into actionable reporting and visualization solutionsStay current with new technologies and methodologies to enhance data visualization capabilitiesManage projects independently while contributing to team goals and creating executive-level presentations

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as business, finance, economics, engineering, statistics, information systems, or mathematicsSeven years of experience in data analysis and visualization, focusing on Tableau dashboards and Alteryx workflowsExpert hands-on experience with SQL, Alteryx, and Tableau, including writing complex SQL scripts and automating data processesAbility to work directly with stakeholders and contribute to building a robust reporting suiteWillingness to learn and experiment with new technologies to improve data visualization solutionsDemonstrated ability to think independently and collaboratively to implement creative solutionsAttention to detail with a focus on broader business objectives
