As a Quant Analytics Associate Senior in the Card Collections Analytics team, you will leverage data to develop strategies and reporting that enhance collections performance and customer experience. You will collaborate with diverse teams to deliver insights that drive business value and innovation.

Job responsibilities

Perform quantitative analysis using SQL and Alteryx to evaluate collections strategies and product featuresIdentify opportunities to enhance strategy segmentation and translate analytics insights into actionable recommendationsAnalyze customer behavior across collections channels to inform timely outreachBuild business cases, design tests, and analyze pilot program performanceConduct reporting to assess communication effectiveness across calls, emails, and mobile notificationsLead development and reporting of operations performance metrics and KPIsCreate self-serve tools to provide real-time information to decision-makers

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Data or Information Science, or related field with eight years professional experienceExperience working with large, complex datasets and strong database skillsProficient in writing, optimizing, and tuning complex SQL scriptsHands-on experience with at least three of SQL, Python, SAS, Tableau, AlteryxProven ability to deliver analytics solutions under strict timelinesStrong communication skills with ability to present complex findings succinctly to stakeholdersAbility to engage both technical and non-technical partners effectively

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Experience in financial services or consulting supporting financial firmsFamiliarity with collections analytics, risk strategy, or cross-channel communications strategyExposure to big data disciplines, AWS, and Agile methodologiesExperience with operations workflow or agent desktop/user interface
