Job Summary:
As a Quant Analytics Associate within Chase’s Audience Management organization, you will streamline and bulletproof a critical piece of the Chase Marketing organization through quality assurance and process improvement. You will support quality assurance and process improvement for Chase’s Audience Management organization, including technical review of targeted audiences for marketing and communications campaigns, process improvement, and risk management.
Job Responsibilities:
Review SAS code and modifications for ongoing marketing and servicing campaigns to verify business requirements are met and code is technically sound.Adhere to established campaign review process and checkpoints, including code review and auditing of code output.Recommend ongoing process improvements to the Audience Management execution team, focusing on improved efficiency and reduced opportunity for error.Manage and ensure proper use of the GIT code management tool used for campaign version control.Assist with development, testing, code review, and ongoing maintenance of automated campaign code.Promote a culture of collaboration across work sites.Engage in daily interactions with Audience Management project stakeholders on multiple projects, required to communicate and clarify requirements and timelines.Independently manage process improvement and risk/control special projects, as assigned.Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
3+ years of experience in developing/reviewing Base SAS codes for manipulating large amounts of data and creating reports using procedures such as Proc Freq, Proc Format, Proc Sort, Proc SQL, and Proc Summary, along with SAS data transformation programming.Experience in SQL database querying (Teradata/Snowflake).Strong technical documentation skills and strong analytical skills demonstrated by previous work experiences.Demonstrated experience with project management, process improvement, and/or risk control.Proficiency with Microsoft Office is required.Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
Experience with Python is a plus.Experience using software version control tools preferred.Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices, laws, and regulations in the US banking/finance domain.Familiarity or experience in operations, direct marketing, and data analysis in a banking or financial institution environment is a strong plus.Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge is desired.
