Work Experience

BE / M Tech in Electrical , Electrical & Electronics10+ years of Engineering work experience in a power transformer design & manufacturing environmentProven experience with quality systemsExperience with design software, ideally Inventor, AutoCAD, Zuken e3Experience with ERP tools, ideally EpicorExcellent communication skills both verbal and writtenStrong client communication skills – empathy, trust building, fact basedStrong people skills, mentoring, team building, conflict resolutionStrong analytical skills, organized, proven ability to execute a planChange agent, motivator, capable of influencing and supporting the teamFlexible and service oriented mindset
