Responsibilities:
Material Review Board (MRB): Participate in MRB meetings, review and analyze defective or non-conforming components, and determine appropriate disposition
Customer Complaint Handling: Serve as the point of contact for customer quality issues; investigate complaints, identify root causes, and collaborate with internal teams to implement corrective actions
Non-Conforming Material Handling: Identify and isolate non-conforming materials; work with production teams to prevent recurrence and coordinate returns or replacements with suppliers
Inspections: Perform regular inspections from raw material intake through finished product stages using appropriate quality standards and inspection tools
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Skills:
Working knowledge of quality control procedures
Ability to interpret blueprints and specifications (preferred but not required)
Detail-oriented and committed to accuracy and consistency
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a quality technician or similar role, preferably in elastomer fabrication or manufacturing
Understanding of quality assurance methodologies and inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
Ability to analyze data, problem-solve, and communicate clearly across departments
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and general computer skills
