Position Overview

PDS Tech Commercial is hiring a Quality Technician Associate to support our client’s world-renowned aerospace team in Wichita, KS. In this role, you’ll help ensure every part meets the highest standards — supporting the production of aircraft that set the benchmark for performance, safety, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Read and interpret blueprints and engineering requirements to verify configuration and compliance

Perform inspections to confirm correct part identification and conformance to work orders and drawings

Validate part quantities and characteristics against specifications

Accurately complete inspection records, reports, and documentation

Follow all quality procedures, specifications, and internal standards

Required Qualifications

High school diploma, equivalent certificate, or Bronze-level WorkKeys certification

0–6 months of relevant work experience

Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint

Ability to use technical drawings, specifications, and basic math

High attention to detail and a commitment to quality

Familiarity with business systems such as SAP (a plus)

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in quality inspection or a related technical field

Background working in or with SAP software

Pay Details: $23.00 to $36.00 per hour
