Our client, a leader in industrial manufacturing, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Technician to join their team. As a Quality Technician, you will be an essential part of the Quality Department supporting production and inspection processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate precision, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Quality Technician
**Location:** Fort Worth, TX
**Pay Range** : $21
**Shift:** 3pm-till finish, Monday through Friday (overtime available)
**What's the Job?**
+ Inspect materials and products for conformance to specifications using measuring instruments
+ Audit and inspect raw materials, component parts, sub-assemblies, and finished goods
+ Complete and maintain electronic processes and paperwork including bar-coding, checklists, and blueprints
+ Maintain departmental housekeeping and adhere to 5S standards
+ Create non-conformance reports and support production with quality training
**What's Needed?**
+ High School Diploma or equivalent
+ 1-3 years of related experience in quality inspection or manufacturing
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and measurement tools
+ Intermediate math and reading comprehension skills
+ Manual dexterity and ability to stand and walk on concrete for extended periods
