**Job Title: Quality Technician** **Job Description** The Manufacturing Quality Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality of products, specifically focusing on off-road shocks. This role involves performing regular inspections on machined parts, conducting tests, analyzing results, and implementing quality control systems to meet customer expectations. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail and the ability to identify and report faults or inconsistencies promptly. **Responsibilities** + Inspect the production process and materials to ensure compliance with standards and regulations. + Conduct standardized quality control tests/inspections on products, materials, and components. + Record statistical data and compare it to existing standards. + Communicate and document non-conformances clearly. + Resolve routine questions and problems, referring complex issues to higher levels. + Participate in continuous improvement activities and take on new assignments when required. **Essential Skills** + 1 - 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. + Previous inspection experience. + Experience with lean and continuous improvement. + Proficiency in using inspection tools such as micrometers, calipers, and thread gages. + Ability to read engineering drawings (blueprints). + Basic math skills with whole numbers, fractions, and decimals. + Proficient PC skills for data documentation. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to lift 10-40 pounds. + Capability to stand for up to 8 hours a day. **Why Work Here?** Join a dynamic team at a newly acquired facility known for its fun and engaging environment.
